Information for vendors and exhibitors at MOFGA's Common Ground Country Fair

Each year, almost 60,000 visitors travel to the Common Ground Country Fair to exchange knowledge, eat, and shop with our 650-plus vendors and exhibitors.  We invite vendors, speakers, and performers to begin preparations with us, apply for booth space, and plan your presentations. Our Vendor Commitment

We value and prioritize businesses, farms, and organizations with Maine roots, organic practices, and local sourcing. Whether you have been a vendor for many years at our traditional Common Ground Country Fair or think you’d be a great addition to our Fair, we recommend you read the full Fair Guidelines and your specific area guidelines in the directory below before applying.

The application deadline has passed for all areas of the Fair. If you’re interested in applying to the 2027 Fair, please click the button below to be notified when applications are available so you don’t miss out!

Space for organizations that provide resources or technical support to farmers and producers.

Farm-to-school programs, school gardens, camps and schools or nonprofit organizations that promote healthy and active lifestyles display their materials and offer hands-on demonstrations throughout the weekend.

Vendors exhibiting their animals and selling fiber products made from their farm and 100% from Maine, as well as businesses who cater to small fiber producers and fiber users. Animals displayed as part of educational exhibits include llamas, alpacas, sheep, goats and rabbits.

Landsmith Farm in Waldoboro, Maine, organically grows a wide variety of high-quality, tasty vegetables, herbs, willow, and cut flowers using practices that prioritize the health of the land and its stewards. Their products are sold wholesale and direct-to-consumer through a variety of channels, including a farm stand, pick-your-own garden, and a future CSA (community supported agriculture) program. Landsmith Farm is owned and operated by Erin Espinosa, whose identities as a queer latina woman farmer ground the farm in values of reciprocity, community, and perseverance.
