These policies were created to both honor participants\u2019 wellbeing, while also supporting our needs to compensate presenters and cover materials. Please read below for more information:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For limited-space events:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partial (50%) refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the workshop in the case of medical or emergency cancellations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medical and emergency cancellations within 24 hours of the event may receive refunds on a case-by-case basis<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No refunds are given for other cancellation reasons, except on case-by-case basis<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For larger in-person workshops:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full refunds are issued for medical or emergency cancellations up to 24 hours before the event<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partial (50%) refunds are offered for non-medical or emergency cancellations up to 24 hours before the event<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Events with food service:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds are available for meals purchased with foodservice two weeks out from the event, after that no refund is available for the meals purchased, wherein MOFGA has to pay for food regardless of whether participants cancel<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Rain dates, event rescheduling, and event cancellations:<ul><li>All individuals who register for a MOFGA class with a listed &#8220;rain date&#8221; (or alternate date) are encouraged to hold that rain date on their calendar. If MOFGA moves the original date of an event to the listed alternate date, only partial (50%) refunds will be granted<\/li><li>In the event that MOFGA has to reschedule an event, MOFGA will honor tickets for the original date for registrants who would like to keep their tickets, and will issue full refund for registrants who are not able to attend the rescheduled date<\/li><li>In the event that MOFGA has to cancel an event, MOFGA will issue full refunds<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questions?
