Position: <\/span>Operations & Administrative Assistant<\/p>

Primary Responsibilities: This part-time position assists with client-facing and staff administrative support, coordinating with the Operations Administrator & Inspection Program Manager and MCS team members as needed, in order to carry out MOFGA\u2019s certification programs. This position is structured to enhance the functioning of MCS\u2019s workflow and elevates MCS\u2019s communication with clients, colleagues and the public with a strong focus on optimum customer service and quick turnaround of time-sensitive projects. Provides targeted support to the certification (MCS) team throughout the annual cycle.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Hours and Salary: <\/span>Hourly, part-time (24 hours\/week). Starting salary range of $23.22\/hour annually. MOFGA has an excellent benefits package, including paid dental and vision insurance, and parental leave. Employees receive a generous paid time off package, including vacation and sick time, three personal days, two week-long office closures, 14 paid holidays annually, and a sabbatical after seven years of employment. <\/span><\/p>

Location: This position is hybrid, in-office presence is typically required on Fridays each week, and also required as needs arise throughout the year, including renewal updates, mailings, meetings, training, the Common Ground Country Fair, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Position: <\/span>MOFGA Common Kitchen Manager and Food Liaison<\/p>

Primary Responsibilities: <\/span>To manage and maintain the Common Kitchen, food donations, and work with Fair Staff to coordinate food at the Common Ground Country Fair. All duties are performed with the highest safety standards and in keeping with MOFGA\u2019s Food Policy. Below is a description of the position as it currently exists. We are open to considering alternative proposals from applicants in order to cover the needs of the 2025 Common Ground Fair such as a seasonal contract.<\/span><\/p>

Hours and Salary: <\/span>20 hours – Monday through Friday. Hourly. The starting wage for this position is $20 – $25 per hour, dependent on experience.<\/p>

Location: <\/span>Hybrid. This position requires some time working from MOFGA\u2019s office in Unity each week.<\/span><\/p>

Position: <\/span>Fairgrounds Logistics Coordinator<\/p>

Primary Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/span> Coordination of grounds logistics relating to the Common Ground Country Fair.<\/p>

Hours and Salary: <\/strong>This is a seasonal position, beginning on the Tuesday after Labor Day, and running through the first weekend in October. The position requires long hours during the week leading up to the Fair, and during the Fair itself.<\/p>

Additional Work Hours: <\/span>For Fair Set-Up, lead 7:30 a.m.\/7:00 a.m. logistics morning meetings and wrap up at 5:30 p.m. Hours during the Fair are 7:00 am – 7:00\/6:00 p.m (Sunday). Hours after the Fair are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.<\/p>

Hourly. The range for this position is $18.50 – $21\/hr + approved overtime, dependent upon experience.<\/p>

Location:<\/span> This position is based at the Unity main campus.<\/p>
